Messages

Click Messages for a list of your conversations with your provider and clinic staff. Messages is where you read and respond to messages.

Each conversation is listed once with the last message visible.

To pin a message to the top of the list so that it is easier to find later, click the Pin (pushpin) icon.

To read the full conversation or to respond to a message, click the Message in the list.
