Click DOWNLOAD / SEND RECORDS.
Select a Date Range. If you choose, Custom Date Range, enter the From and To dates.
To download your Health Records, click DOWNLOAD RECORDS.
To send your Health Records to someone by Email, enter the Email Address, Confirm the Email Address, and click SEND RECORDS.
To securely send your Health Records to a provider's Direct Exchange address, contact the provider for their Direct Exchange address, enter it in Direct Exchange Address, and click SEND RECORDS.
