Billing Not Connected
If your clinic's bill‑pay website is not connected with Ontada Health, then Ontada Health is not able to notify you about your balance.
Billing Connected
If your clinic's bill‑pay website is connected with Ontada Health, then Ontada Health shows when you have an outstanding balance and when you are caught up.
